Social Worker Peggy Stevenson with a 14-year-old girl (1998)

Social Worker Peggy Stevenson with a 14-year-old girl who was removed from her mother when she was 18 months old. The girl has been diagnosed as suffering from manic-depression and has had trouble bonding with any of her many foster parents. She is just one of Stevenson's 79 cases. (1998)
